Funds allocated to this programme have been re-directed to other grant programmes to support charities struggling to meet the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Trust is reviewing its plans for this programme and in the meantime is lending its support to the Community Wealth Fund, a new organisation calling on government to dedicate the next wave of dormant assets (from stocks, shares, bonds, insurance and pension policies) to long-term support of ‘left behind’ neighbourhoods, many of which are in Kent.
