Monitoring Reports

Colyer-Fergusson Charitable Trust requires all grant recipients to submit monitoring reports to keep us informed about the progress of the work supported by our grant. This feedback is important to us as it helps us to understand how useful our funding has been. Whilst we are pleased to hear that projects have been successful, we realise that sometimes the best laid plans can run into difficulties. We ask grant recipients to be as candid as possible about their projects and to be reassured all information provided will be treated with confidence and sensitivity.

You will need to provide monitoring information ten months from the date of your grant payment.  Please email the Trust Administrator:

grantadmin@cfct.org.uk

with the following information:

1.) How much of the grant paid to date has been spent and how much, if any, is being held in a designated reserve?

2.) Do you believe that our grant has helped you achieve the objectives set out in your original grant application? Please give brief details.

3.) Please tell us about any elements of your project that have gone particularly well.

4.) Are there any aspects of the project you may have done differently with hindsight?

5.) Is there any other feedback you would like to give us about your project?

We are always interested to see any digital pictures you have of your project. When you have completed the Monitoring Report, we would welcome you attaching one of two digital photographs to the email.

Please note that you should answer each question briefly. We expect only one or two sentences in reply to each question.
